Hey everyone! Well, I have had quite the day so far. I have gotten amazing feedback about this site and I am just floored by all the love and support I am getting and it’s hasn’t been up for 24 hours! This is hard for me to wrap my head around because this gives me hope that I will achieve my goal when I thought of starting this blog (I know it was only yesterday, but still!) Not having a diagnosis for sixteen years, I feared that I wouldn’t be able to attend college or become a journalist.
Being diagnosed truly changed my life. It gave me the self-confidence I desperately needed to believe that I could live a life I dreamed of. I didn’t dream of a big fancy house and lots of money (although it wouldn’t be the worst thing), my dream was to be like every other person out there and have a career that I loved.
By receiving your comments and encouragements has made me hopeful that maybe in some way I can make a change, even if it’s just in my hometown. Thanks again for reading and don’t forget to drop questions in the comments!
Stay uniquely you!
I think you could definitely change someone s life who has a disability.. Just your determination would be awesome to follow ❤️
